One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) - OASIS+ is a governmentwide contract program designed to meet government agencies mission needs for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple service disciplines and ancillary services and products. The BMO program is composed of multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (MA-IDIQ) contracts. Awardees consist of small business with varying socio-economic categories. The purpose of BMO is to meet the varied building maintenance and operations needs of customers, ranging from complete facilities maintenance to single service solutions, through a streamlined method of procurement at a reduced cost. To create the flexibility required to optimally address any requirement, BMO allows for various contract types and pricing structures at the task order level. Zone 1 awardees provide service in the following geographic areas - Washington, D.C., Virginia, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, West Virginia, and Delaware.
